Lord, I thank you for blessing and having mercy on this great nation that you formed. I thank you Lord, that even though we deserve judgement, you have been merciful on the United States of America, because you still have glorious plans for us. We want to bless You, Lord, so please see the prayers of your people who cry out to you...

Please see us, Lord, as we stand in the gap for our nation to see "One Nation Under God" restored to this land! We pray the following:

Proverbs 18:4 The words of a [discreet and wise] man's mouth are like deep waters [plenteous and difficult to fathom], and the fountain of skillful and godly Wisdom is like a gushing stream [sparkling, fresh, pure, and life-giving].

Lord, keep our leaders in wisdom and discretion, and may their words be pure and life-giving.

Proverbs 18:10 The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the [consistently] righteous man [upright and in right standing with God] runs into it and is safe, high [above evil] and strong.

May we be consistently in right-standing before you by the Blood of Jesus, and may we run to You and Your Name and be safe, above evil.

Proverbs 18:15 The mind of the prudent is ever getting knowledge, and the ear of the wise is ever seeking (inquiring for and craving) knowledge.

Lord, keep us in the place where he can get and seek Your knowledge and wisdom.

Proverbs 18:16 A man's gift makes room for him and brings him before great men.

Thank You, Lord, for preparing and gifting us for this time, and that You are bringing our leaders before great men and women and finding favor in all the upcoming elections. Bless you Lord!—Harlene

Christian and Conservative California

I am taking a stand...I do not want California to continue to be referred to as the "Left Coast!" I am praying and believing the Lord for California to become Spiritually Christian and Politically Conservative...

Are you with me?

I heard Mike Huckabee on CNN tonight with Glen Beck, and saw the Light of the Lord in his eyes...I heard this statement come up inside me "That's the Man for President!"

I was so encouraged and motivated by what I heard him say and what I saw, that I knew it was the time to take a stand. As I listened to this former Governor of Arkansas speak the words, "My faith is my life - it defines me. My faith doesn't influence my decisions, it drives them..." I knew I needed to support him and tell others about him as well...so here I am...

As I was reading his website to see where he stood on the issues of Faith And Politics, Sanctity of Life, Veterans' Bill Of Rights, Education And The Arts, Health Care, Taxes/Economy, Marriage, Energy Independence, Immigration, National Security/Foreign Policy: Iraq, National Security/Foreign Policy: War On Terror, Foreign Policy: Israel, Agriculture, Crisis Management, 2nd Amendment Rights, Vertical Politics - I knew that this was the man I wanted as President. I have had difficulty finding anyone I wanted to support, but not now.

I know the Lord holds us accountable for praying for our nation's leaders and those in authority over us so that we may live in peace, and I am already praying for the favor of the Lord for Mike Huckabee, and for his protection and the protection of his family and staff.

Let me know if you will stand with me in prayer at this most important time for our country...It's Time! Harlene Stanley
